You are guaranteed to be listened to. Every step will be taken to understand your priorities, see your vision and reach your goals as we partner together to achieve your purpose.

We guarantee that if during the design stages we discover a better alternative that may expand on your initial concept and ensure a more pleasing final product, we will share and explore this with you.
No construction will take place without your express approval and we will not move ahead until you are totally comfortable and ready.
Throughout the construction process, you are guaranteed fortnightly site meetings to go over the construction progress and to discuss any queries and new ideas you may have as the building works develop.
Any variations that may arise due to a change in plans or unforeseen works or events will be immediately reported to you. All options will then be explored and priced pending your express approval.

You are guaranteed experienced builders managing your site and apprentices working towards their BCITO qualification. We take pride in training up our very capable apprentices into highly skilled craftsmen.

You are guaranteed that quality materials will be used on your project. In the unlikely event that we discover a defective item, this will be returned to the supplier for replacement at no cost to you.
Guaranteed security. At the close of each day, our team will ensure your property is left in a secure and tidy state.
Should we be working in your home in a renovation scenario, we guarantee that we will take the necessary steps to protect your belongings, whether by removing items from the construction zone or by protecting items with an appropriate covering.
We take the health and safety seriously of not just those working on site, but any who may visit. As such, we guarantee to have the appropriate H&S procedures in place and first aid kits available on site.
You are guaranteed to be covered. Should an unlikely event occur causing damage or loss to your or a neighboring property, you are covered by our insurances including public liability, defective works and contract works where applicable.

Upon completion of your project, we will take you on a walk-through and talk-through to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product. Should there be any items needing attention, we will make sure to have them remedied.

You are guaranteed a fully cleared out, tidy and functioning site from all our construction works.
You are guaranteed a 90 day follow up visit on any new build or significant alteration to make sure everything is as it should be. Again, if any items require attention, you can rely on us to make it right.
